We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of our 100% natural, non-toxic, soy, clean scent candles.
Returns
You may return an unused candle within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused/unlit and in the same condition that you received it with no defects to the wax or vessel.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if there is a defect in the product. We will not be able to issue a refund when there is user error and/or if the candle is more then 1/2 used/burned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SKOsoycandleco@gmail.com or contact us here.
If you have used/burned your candle, before requesting a return or refund we encourage you to visit our FAQs page to see if your issue can be troubleshooted while the candle is still in your care.
